Elections, Confirmations, and Recalls

  • Confirmation of Allison Choe as Student Wellness Commission Chair- confirmed via unanimous consent

  • Confirmation of Victoria Shahnazary as Chair of the Wolverine Consulting Group- confirmed via unanimous consent

  • Confirmation of Braden Crimmins as Chief Justice of the Central Student Judiciary- confirmed via unanimous consent

  • Confirmation of Briaunna Buckner as Associate Chief Justice of the Central Student Judiciary- confirmed via unanimous consent


New Business

  • AR 10-035: A Declarative Resolution Calling the University of Michigan to Adequately Serve the Needs of International Students- referred back to Communications by unanimous consent

  • AR 10-036: An Appropriations and Procedural Resolution to Enact a Budget for the Current Operations of Central Student Government- referred back to Resolutions and Communications by unanimous consent

  • AR 10-037: A Declarative Resolution to Call on the University to Remove Jason Mars as the W21 EECS 370 Instructor- referred back to Resolutions and Communications by unanimous consent


Motions and Other Business

  • ICC Funding Request (Burnstein, Farrell, Kasapis)- passed via roll call vote (28-1-3)

  • TPP Funding Request (Liu)- passed via unanimous consent

Adjourned at 10:03 p.m. with 26 voting members present. The Assembly will meet next on February 1, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.
