The All-Campus Constitution requires the Central Student Judiciary to maintain a Manual of Procedure for Appeal and Jurisdiction. This document contains the procedural rules governing proceedings before the Court. In accordance with the All-Campus Constitution, the Manual may be displaced by valid provisions of the Compiled Code, except with respect to rules controlling the Court’s decision-making processes. The Manual may be amended by the Court at any time.​
