The 16th Assembly of Central Student Government serves as the legislative body representing the diverse voices of the student community. Composed of elected representatives from across campus, the Assembly is responsible for proposing, debating, and passing resolutions that address student needs and priorities.

The Central Student Government (CSG) of the University of Michigan, are comprised of students of different backgrounds who have come together to serve our fellow students and the entire University of Michigan community.

Through our work and advocacy, we seek to encourage student civic engagement, give voice to student concerns, and enhance student welfare and the Michigan experience for everyone.

CSG is motivated by the belief that there is no deeper expression of commitment to our school than to work to improve Michigan so that it realizes its greatest potential.
