  • AR 10-038: A Declarative Resolution to call for Regent Ron Weiser’s Resignation and for an Investigation into his Conflicts of Interest Regarding McKinley Associates Inc.- amended and passed via unanimous consent


New Business

  • AR 10-042: A Procedural Resolution to Enact Requirements to Ensure Equity and Inclusion in Student Organization Admissions and Participation- referred back to Rules and Finance via unanimous consent

  • AR 10-043: A Declarative Resolution to Express Solidarity with La Casa’s #SinProvost Advocacy Work- referred back to Communications via unanimous consent

  • Election of Margot Grom-Mansencal as Member to the Programming Board- elected via unanimous consent

  • Election of Moriah Lewis Member to the COVID-19 Task Force- elected via unanimous consent


Motions and Other Business

  • Finance request W02 (Ammerman)- postponed definitely by 1 week

  • Finance request W03 (Chaudhari)- passed via unanimous consent


Adjourned at 10:30 p.m. with 29 voting members present. The Assembly will meet next on February 23, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.
