CSG Resolution: Calling for Fair Negotiation Between GEO and the University

On December 6th, 2022, the Central Student Government 12th Legislative Assembly passed a Declarative and Directive Resolution to Call on the Academic Human Resources of the University to Fairly Negotiate with GEO on their Contract.

This resolution calls on the University to fairly negotiate with GEO. Given recent problems with ensuring bargaining even takes place, it's imperative that fair negotiation takes place. Additionally, this resolution simply serves as the Central Student Government's stance for negotiation between the two parties to occur in a space for at least 150 people and for GEO members to be provided an option to attend remotely or in-person.
